What Better Way to Celebrate Women's History Month Than to ROFL at Them?

And I don't mean "with" them.  I mean laugh "at" them.  'Cause these are some damn funny chicks.

I'm awarding February's ROFL

Feb09 ROFL

to Anna (the one with the mustache) of Life Just Keeps Getting Weirder for Curb-Appeal, a post with some great free market ideas to make schools financially sound (for other ROFL, check out Oh, The Joys and Chicky Chicky Baby, the originators of this award).

I'm also passing along this award I got from JustJen of Because I could Never Keep Up With A Dairy (thanks Jen, but what the heck is it???)

to another funny chick, Jessica Bern of Bern This.

Jessica, a comedian, doesn't really need any awards; what she needs is a real audience. Please check out her fabulous video series: BERNTHIS.COM which proves that women don't have to be fat, lesbian or Jewish to be funny. Actually, she might be Jewish, and, ah....I'm sure of her sexual orientation, but she definitely isn't fat--not that there's anything wrong with that.

Both women, Anna and Jessica, live in LA.

Had I stayed there when I was 19 and working as a cashier at the Sidewalk Cafe on the Venice boardwalk, I've no doubt the three of us would be ROFL BFF.

I can picture us, Anna, Jessica and Megatha, drinking Irish coffee together, joking, smiling, ROFLing like there's no tomorrow.  And when we get older and to the point of having to color our hair, we'd reject the Red Hat Society and instead create the Society of the Traveling Big Boob Neck Scarves.

Can't you just see it?

If you want to read something funny go look at my blog and read my entry for TMI: Thursdays.

I love how the woman on the left is completely unphased by her boob-oriented comedy scarf. She's just there, looking placidly at the camera, like it's every day she wears a boob-scarf with a tattoo on it.

Bless her. :)

TwoBusy - That or a John Cusack finger puppet.

Iidlyyckma- Read it. Very funny, except if it happens to me.

Jenn - She's obviously high as a kite.

Those scarves make great blog fodder. My ladies earned them on Mardis Gras,

I'm drinking a beer and toasting funny women with it: Here's to ya!

Also, those boob scarves are great.

LOVED Jessica's wax job video - especially her second opinion at the end. Thanks for sharing these links. I was ROFLMAOWEC (the last part refers to "while eating chips" because they are that good)

GOD! I want a boob scarf! Mostly, I want to be cool enough to wear a boob scarf when I'm an old lady. I don't even mind if people ROTFL at me.

Oh, that photo is HOT!!!

I might just have wanted to be a fourth wheel, what with being in LA myself and all!

I've gotta get me one of those.

OMG, thank you SO MUCH! I really appreciate that!

And I'm excited to know, also, that when I get cold I can wrap my boobs around my neck a few times for warmth. It's not like they're good for much else at this point.

Thanks again!

XO

Anna

i left you a present over on my blog. it's not quite as good as that scarf, but you'll have to settle for another award.
